1. Population and dissenters: There are seven Families in my Parish. No dissenters.

2. Public or charity schools: There is not any Publick or Charity School endowed or otherwise maintained, in my Parish.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is neither Alms-House, Hospital nor other charitable endowment. There are no Lands nor Tenements left for the Repair of our Church, in my Parish.

4. Residence upon cure: I reside personally upon my Cure, and in my Parsonage House.

5. Curate: I have no curate.

6. Divine service at other churches: No.

7. Frequency of divine service: Divine service is performed on Sundays and appointed days. Twice every Lords day, with two sermons.

8. Frequency of communion: The sacrament of the Lords supper is administred four Times in the year.

9. Number of communicants: About fifteen communicants in my Parish of them fourteen usually receive. About that number communicated at Easter last past.

10. Catechising of children: The Children are Catechized in the Summer season.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is no Chapel within my Parish.
